For our fall studio project, we worked with WSU's Rural Community Design Initiative and the town of Ritzville to develop conceptual plans for site development that would bring in tourist, create local jobs and build economic opportunities of growth for the town.
We began individually
Became a team of three to design a three phase site plan
Products to be manufactured and sold
using Ritzville Wheat
Site Plan - two green fields would be phase two and three of construction
(2 - Distillery & 3 - Noodle Factory)
And then over the course of the next few months, our team of six developed designs for the Ritzville Heritage Plaza, I was assigned to focus on the final stage of construction, the Community and Event center.
